Pune is very likely to become a smaller version of Mumbai because of the planned development.
PCMC has the potential to further house Residential sky-scrapers, large industrial units, IT Parks, 5-star hotels, shopping and entertainment malls, educational institutes, and healthcare facilities with well-planned roads, metro rail, fly-overs with a lot of greenery.
